Whether you are educated and experienced in the home selling process, or a first time home buyer, Justin Nassie will evaluate and consult with you to ensure he fully understand – and meet – your expectations. Justin will walk you through the sales, negotiation and contracts and disclosures processes to make sure you are informed, and more importantly protected. Justin will not compromise his professional or ethical responsibilities throughout this entire process.
Personal History
Justin’s entrepreneurship, creativity, and business sense is inspiring to those around him. At 22, Justin launched a start up company (Level Five Media), which obtained a significant contract with the Hilton Hotels Corporation in 2004. As a graphic designer for Sperry Van Ness (SVN), one of the nation’s top commercial real estate companies, Justin has designed ads featured in the L.A. Times and Wall St. Journal. With SVN Justin worked with some of the top real estate brokers in the nation marketing their multimillion dollar listings around the world. Justin has also worked on the investor side of the real estate market for one of the finest Orange County private equity lenders, The Alliance Portfolio; helping investors (looking for double digit returns) purchase trust deed and mortgage pool investments. Justin is also fluent in print, multimedia, web and search engine optimization; developing online flash marketing ads for the Ford, Mercury and Lincoln auto company.
Qualifications
National Paper: One of 24 business students selected to Present National Paper at annual conference of the International Academy of E-Business in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

After spending a summer in Uganda, Africa in 2005 working with the country’s 2.2 million orphans, Justin donates significant time to charities including Rescue Humanity. Justin loves producing music, surfing and rock climbing.

Sam Nam has worked in various capacities in the mortgage industry: commercial and residential loan origination, commercial underwriting, and investments, consultant for securitization, trustee administration and analytics for mortgage-backed securities, and commercial and residential servicing & portfolio management. Strengths include strong commercial real estate underwriting skills, strong analytical and modeling skills, transaction management, and strong spreadsheet and database skills.

Scott Garner

Scott Garner comes from a very strong background in the Real Estate Industry with over 10 years of experience and has been a licensed agent since 2005. He started off as an independent Real Estate investor in which he studied and became educated in the financial aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Soon after, he was considered a specialist in Foreclosures, Banked Owned (REO), Subject to existing Financing, Short Sales, FSBO and many other legal strategies to assist families with distress properties through a network of investors and financial entities. In 2004 he became the owner and Key Note Speaker of the Orange County Real Estate Investment Club; teaching on the ramification on Real Estate Investments, home ownership and mortgages. He elaborated and conducted workshops in areas like Notice of Default (NOD), Trustee Sales (NTS), Loan Modifications, Real Estate Contracts, Loan Documentations, Deed of Lieu, Tax liens, Lease options and any information needed to insure that the choices that people made today in Real Estate was not based off of risk but from knowledgeable and educated resources.
Scott Garner has executed over 25 different transactions in the Real Estate arena in the areas of residential, commercial, investments and international procurement where he generated over $10m in sales. He has received awards for outstanding performance and was featured in the OC Metro magazine for the success of the Orange County Real Estate Investment Group. He is also recognized internationally in Japan where he was interviewed and featured in the Japanese publication, Bridge USA magazine.

Daniel Nassie

Personal History
Daniel Nassie is the legal advisor for PropertyTrue.com clients. Daniel has over 20 years of experience in law and concentrates his practice in real estate, mortgage lending, business, employment, and general civil litigation.
Daniel has successfully represented clients in both California and Federal Court systems, as well as before administrative panels and boards.
Daniel received his B.A. from California State University at Chico in 1976 and his J.D. from Cal-Northern in 1989. Daniel is a member of the California State Bar and he is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts in California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Daniel is also very active in charitable and other professional organizations. In 2005, he was the recipient of the Ed Arnold Humanitarian Award from Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Association of Realtors.
Away from the office, Daniel is an avid fly fisherman, pilot, polo player, and outdoor enthusiast.
